datasheet view

Hi XXX,

Thanks for the request. The datasheet view will be grayed out due to several reasons. So please follow below instructions

Internet explorer will have two versions 32-bit and 64-bit. If we open List/Library through 64-bit IE version, Datasheet view will grayed out. Please verify that you are using 32 bit version of Internet Explorer and not the 64 bit one.

Microsoft Office also will have 32-bit and 64-bit versions. And datasheet view will support only office 32 bit. So please check the MS office version once.

If these two doesn't solve the issue, please let know.
