“Object reference not set to an instance of an object” when calling SPFarm.Local

 “Object reference not set to an instance of an object” when we are calling SPFarm.Local in console application, and developing against SharePoint 2010, then verify that our project is set to target x64 or Any CPU. By default Visual Studio will set it to X86.
